Webinar Requirements

I’ve cultivated a following as an authority on Microsoft Excel, and have taught over 2,000 live webinars. My primary focus is online training via webcasts and on-demand self-study courses. My courses are designed to meet the educational needs of professionals who use Microsoft Excel. Generally, my presentations include something for users at all experience levels. During presentations I show every technique at least twice. The handouts I provide include detailed slides with numbered steps, as well as Excel workbooks that include most of the examples I use during the presentation.

Based on the high demand of my webinars, I’ve established the following requirements:

  • Due to multiple instances of training providers not paying me for live events I do require prepayment for webinars until a working relationship has been established.
  • For webinars with scheduled start times between 12:00 and 2:00 PM Eastern Time, compensation must be the greater of a minimum fee per webinar or a percentage share of a provider’s gross revenue. The gross revenue percentage is negotiable. Here are the minimum fees for the various webinar lengths:
    • 60 minute webinar: $400
    • 90 minute webinar: $600
    • 100 to 120 minute webinar: $800
    • Compensation for webinars with scheduled start times of 3:00 PM Eastern Time or later must be the greater of a minimum fee per webinar or a percentage share of a provider’s gross revenue. The gross revenue percentage is negotiable. Here are the minimum fees for the various webinar lengths:
      • 60 minute webinar: $300
      • 90 minute webinar: $450
      • 100 to 120 minute webinar: $650
  • Compensation for course recordings or on-demand courses must include a percentage share of a provider’s gross sales. The sales percentage of recorded or on-demand courses is negotiable.
  • Web webinars via my scheduling calendar. You can choose any date/time the calendar allows you to select. No prior clearance is required to book a webcast after an instructor agreement contract has been signed. Please contact me at david@acctadv.com to discuss initiating a contract.

I offer over sixty-different topics for you to choose from. You can sort the list alphabetically, by my most popular webcasts, by subject matter, and by level. I’m also happy to create new topics upon request. I create a unique title for each webinar to give providers the opportunity for increased online exposure.

You’ll find my biography and head-shot photo on the About David page.
