Webinar Requirements

I’ve cultivated a following as an authority on Microsoft Excel. My primary focus is online training via webcasts and on-demand self-study courses. My courses are designed to meet the educational needs of professionals who use Microsoft Excel. Generally, my presentations include something for users at all experience levels. During presentations I show every technique at least twice. The handouts I provide include detailed slides with numbered steps, as well as Excel workbooks that include most of the examples I use during the presentation.

At any given time, I generally have webinars scheduled for about 20 training providers that serve a variety of industries. On average, in 2015 and 2016, I presented 170 webinars. I expect to teach at least 225 webinars in 2017, and several providers have already booked events through December 2018.

Based on the high demand of my webinars, I’ve established the following requirements:

  • For webinars with scheduled start times between 12:00 and 2:00 PM Eastern Time, compensation must be the greater of a $500 minimum fee per webinar or a percentage share of a provider’s gross revenue. The gross revenue percentage is negotiable.
  • Compensation for webinars with scheduled start times of 2:30 PM Eastern Time or later must be the greater of a $300 minimum fee per webinar or a percentage share of a provider’s gross revenue. The gross revenue percentage is negotiable.
  • Compensation for course recordings or on-demand courses must include a percentage share of a provider’s gross sales. The sales percentage of recorded or on-demand courses is negotiable.
  • A $100 cancellation fee may be imposed if a provider cancels a webcast without giving notice two days prior to a scheduled webcast. The cancellation fee is negotiable during the instructor agreement contract phase.
  • I strongly encourage booking webinars via my scheduling calendar. You can choose any date/time the calendar allows you to select. No prior clearance is required to book a webcast after an instructor agreement contract has been signed. Please contact me at david@nullacctadv.com to discuss initiating a contract.

My lineup of available topics can be found here. You can sort the list alphabetically, by my most popular webcasts, by subject matter, and by level. I’m also happy to create new topics upon request. I create a unique title for each webinar to give providers the opportunity for increased online exposure.

You’ll find my biography and head-shot photo on the About David page.
